Camper Cabin Rentals

Indiana Beach Camp Resort offers four different size cabins for your family’s enjoyment. These cabins provide a sheltered haven and a welcome gathering place.

A few important items you should know:

• Check in is 3 p.m.
• Check out is at 12 noon.
• Monticello, Indiana is on Eastern Standard Time.
• Each rental reservation requires a $50.00 security deposit. Payment of your security deposit is required upon arrival (Cash Only). Deposits are returned after inspection of the cabin. The cabin must be clean and undamaged.
• All weekend reservations require a two (2) night minimum stay.
• Holiday reservations require a three (3) night minimum stay and are $3.00 higher per cabin night.
• All of the cabins have electricity.
• None of the cabins have restroom facilities; you have to walk to the comfort stations.
• The cabins do not have kitchens; there is a charcoal grill outside and a fire ring.
• Sorry, no linen’s, pillows, or bath towels are provided.
• All cabins have a picnic table.
• Each cabin is wired for TV cable, but you need to furnish the TV.
• Only the six person deluxe cabins have air conditioning.
• No smoking is permitted in the rental units.
• Health Department regulations prohibit pets in all rental units, and no pets are allowed on the cabin grounds.
• No one under 21 is allowed to camp without a parent or legal guardian.
• Tents are not allowed on the cabin sites.
• Cabin cancellations must be received seven (7) days prior to your arrival date. Your deposit will be refunded minus a $5.00 cancellation fee per cabin reservation. If you cancel less than seven (7) days you will lose the first nights deposit.
• No refund or credit is given for early departure, illness, work schedule, or inclement weather.

Four Person Cabins (numbers 4,5,6,7,8)

Including the covered porch this cabin is 23’ x 13’. This is a dry camping cabin with no bathroom or kitchen. You walk to the nearby comfort station. There are two rooms; the back bedroom has two twin beds and the front room has one double bed. Please note that no linens are supplied. The cabin has electricity and TV cable is included, however you must bring your own television. Outside there is a picnic table, fire ring, water spigot, and stand up charcoal grill. This cabin does not have air conditioning. No pets are allowed in the cabin or on the cabin grounds. No smoking in the cabin and no tents are allowed. There is a $50.00 key and cleaning deposit payable in cash. Deposits are refunded after inspection of the cabin; it should be undamaged, clean, and neat.

Holiday Reservations require a three (3) night minimum stay and are $3.00 higher per cabin night.

Including the covered porch this cabin is 20’ x 13’. No bathroom or kitchen is included; you walk to the nearby comfort station. There are 2 sets of bunk beds for four people in the back bedroom and one double bed in the front room. Please note that no linens are supplied. The cabin has electricity and TV cable but you must bring your own television. Outside there is a picnic table, fire ring, water spigot, and stand up charcoal grill. This cabin does not have air conditioning. No pets are allowed in the cabin or on the cabin grounds. No smoking is allowed in the cabin and no tents are allowed. There is a $50.00 cabin & key deposit payable in cash. Deposits are refunded after inspection of the cabin; it should be undamaged, clean, and neat.

 Six Person Deluxe Cabins (numbers 12,13,14,15,16,17,18,19)

The six person deluxe cabin is 28’x14’ with the covered porch. This is a dry camping cabin with no bathroom or kitchen. You walk to the nearby comfort station. There are two rooms; the back bedroom has 2 sets of bunk beds for four people and the front room has a full size bed along with a trundle bed. Please note that no linens are supplied. There is a table with four chairs inside the cabin. This cabin has air conditioning, electricity, and TV cable (you bring the TV). Outside there is a picnic table, fire ring, water spigot, and stand up charcoal grill. No pets are allowed in the cabin or on the cabin grounds. No smoking is allowed in the cabin and no tents are allowed. There is a $50.00 cabin & key deposit payable in cash. Deposits are refunded after inspection of the cabin; it should be undamaged, clean, and neat.

Eight Person Cabins (numbers 9,10,11)

Including the covered porch this cabin is 28’x14’. This is a dry camping cabin with no bathroom or kitchen. You walk to the nearby comfort station. This cabin has 2 sets of bunk beds for 4 people in the back bedroom, and 2 double beds in the front bedroom. Please note that no linens are supplied. There is a table with four chairs inside the cabin. The cabin has electricity and TV cable but you must bring your own television. Outside there is a picnic table, fire ring, water spigot, and stand up charcoal grill. This cabin does not have air conditioning. No pets are allowed in the cabin or on the cabin grounds. No smoking in the cabins and no tents are allowed. There is a $50.00 key and cleaning deposit payable in cash. Deposits are refunded after inspection of the cabin; it should be undamaged, clean, and neat.

Cancellations:
Cabin cancellations must be received 7 days prior to your arrival date for a refund less a $5.00 cancellation fee per cabin. If you cancel less than 7 days you will lose your entire deposit for the first nights stay.
